TCommunity (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a free, community-run tool for tracking vehicle orders and sharing delivery updates. This page explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase), when you sign up or sign in.
• Order information: the vehicle details you enter — model, trim, color, interior, wheels, delivery center/location, order date, delivery dates, and status updates you make.
• Usage data: aggregated, anonymized page and traffic analytics collected via Vercel Analytics.
• Cookies:session cookies required to keep you signed in, and advertising cookies set by Google AdSense (see “Advertising” below).

What’s Public vs. Private

Your “My Orders” page is only visible to you. The “All Orders” community feed shows aggregated order details — vehicle configuration, status, general location (city/country), and dates — from all users, but it does not display your name, email, or any other identifying account information.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate the order-tracking service, keep you signed in, show community-wide trends and statistics (e.g. average wait times, trending configurations), and maintain and improve the site.

Advertising

This site is supported by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or generally at aboutads.info/choices.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and analytics.
• Google AdSense — advertising.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy; we don’t sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.

Children’s Privacy

TCommunity is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
